In order to receive a full return of your money, the return postage must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order. 

If all of the item(s) are returned within this time-frame in the same condition as it was when shipped, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price within 2-3 working days.

Packaging & Shipping

We personally guarantee that my paintings will be packaged in such a way to prevent the damaging at its best during the transit process. We package all my original art/Open edition prints myself in my studio with acid free plastic wrap and protected by high quality double-walled cardboard. We then box them into custom made boxes. We ensure that the order(s) are safely delivered to you without any single damage.

 

Orders for the original paintings or fine art prints are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. Handling time for prints can vary a little, but typically is around 2-3 days. Most orders within the India should arrive within 7-14 business days.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

​

If the package is received damaged in the mail, just photograph the package as it was received as well as the item itself. Email the photos to contact@nirajpradhanstudios.com along with a description of what is damaged. Your material will be reviewed as per the policy and if it is found that there was really a problem during shipping/handling process, your item will be replaced with no questions asked. So just relax!
